Day 5

Well after the 4 glasses of wine last night I was feeling a little tired this am!! So I had a free coupon for a Sausage, egg, and cheese mcmuffin! Oops!
Breakfast:
OJ
Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin
Lunch:
Taco salad
Dinner:
Most of a small pizza
Drinks:
Water
OJ
Caffeine free dp

Day 4

Today was a bad day emotionally. School really got to me today. BUT I didn't let that hurt my eating habits!
Breakfast:
Cereal bar
Snack:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of oriental snack mix
Lunch:
Small taco salad
Dinner:
Broiled haddock
Side salad, ranch on the side
1/4 cup of wild rice
Drinks:
2 bottles of h2o
Cup of green tea
4 glasses of wine

Day 3

Today was a better day! Yahoo!!
Breakfast:
Breakfast bar
Starbucks grande decaf soy latte
Lunch:
Tuna salad and a cup of cottage cheese
Snack:
8 pretzels stuffed with peanut butter
Dinner:
Chips and guac and a small taco salad
Exercise:
1/2 hour walk on the treadmill and 15 min of strength training

Day 2

Today was kind of a blah day. Tuesday's are my longest days! Work from 8am-12pm then class until 3pm and then I bartend! So there is no chance for a workout on Tuesdays. Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast
2 mini whole wheat bagels with peanut butter
Glass of water and some hot green tea
Lunch
2 cabbage rolls and mashed potatoes
10 pretzels stuffed with peanut butter
Snack
Hummus, carrots, pita chips, 1/2 beef stick
Can of caffeine free dp
Dinner
5 chicken pot stickers
2 dark chocolate almond bite size candies

Not the healthiest day but not my worst either!! What will tomorrow bring?!

Day 1

Today is the start of the weight loss count down to Hawaii! 
Every day I will share what I ate, my workout and any other random thoughts/ideas.

Breakfast- Bowl of Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal with skim milk, my favorite cereal!!
Snack- 11 pretzels filled with peanut butter, not the healthiest but it was all I had while at school!
Lunch- 1amazing beef stick, cheese and crackers, hummus and carrots and a few pita chips
Dinner- 1 cabbage roll and 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes
Drinks- 2 bottles of water, cup of skim milk, two cups of green tea

Exercise- 15 minute arm workout, 45 minute spin class

I've decided to start a blog about weight loss! What better way to motivate myself than to write about my journey? I just bought three bikinis from JCrew and I am wanting to get in tip top shape for Hawaii! I am off to my honey moon in 7 weeks and looking to tone up and lose some lbs! I am hoping by writing this blog it will hold me accountable to stick to my diet and exercising! So stay tuned and hold on tight because it's going to be a bumpy ride!
