Day 4

Today was a bad day emotionally. School really got to me today. BUT I didn't let that hurt my eating habits!
Breakfast:
Cereal bar
Snack:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of oriental snack mix
Lunch:
Small taco salad
Dinner:
Broiled haddock
Side salad, ranch on the side
1/4 cup of wild rice
Drinks:
2 bottles of h2o
Cup of green tea
4 glasses of wine
